About Us

We began our journey on superyachts in Monaco.   Cooking haute cuisine alongside some of the best chefs in the world we developed skills and knowledge which enhanced the love for food we both share. 

We left France for Australia in 2012 after deciding to raise a family here where the quality of life is better and the lifestyle is more like the countryside where Ben grew up in the Cotes de Provence.

On our way to Sydney we detoured via the Northern Rivers to explore. We never left! We discovered paradise and people who love nature and the land and most of all farmers markets. Much like South of France the majority of vegetables and fruit we buy here are grown in our backyard. Local businesses are hugely supported. People supporting each other instead of large corporations.

We began purchasing from the locals as much as possible and Ben began creating his patisserie down under. 

We do markets throughout Brisbane, Gold Coast, Northern Rivers, Ballina and Byron Bay, we supply Cafes and we cater for functions, events, parties etc

 

Our goal is to support local as much as possible and at the same time bring a little taste of France down under.

 

Ben's passion is to create emotion with every bite you take
